Terms and Conditions of Booking:
All bookings are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.
- Terms of Payment
Payment should be received in full prior to the start of any course. Moloney & Associates, Acoustic & Environmental Consultants reserve the right to re-allocate a course place to another delegate or refuse admission if full payment has not been received. Cheques should be made payable to Moloney & Associates. Payment by Credit Card can also be processed through PayPal.
- Cancellation Fees
If a booking is cancelled arrangements will be made to permit attendance on a subsequent course. However, the following charges will apply in the event that cancellations are not notified well in advance of the course commencement date. Where the cancellation is made within a period of 14 to 5 days prior to the course, 25% of the course fees are payable and not refundable. Where the cancellation is made less than 5 days prior to the commencement of the course 100% of the course fees are payable. Certain cases, emergencies and/or medical or extenuating circumstances will not result in a cancellation fee, at the discretion of Moloney & Associates, Acoustic & Environmental Consultants.
- Delegate Substitution
Delegates can generally be substituted prior to the commencement of the course without additional cost, however, written notice will need to be provided by the organisation and/or individual who made the booking.
- Cancellation of Courses
Moloney & Associates, Acoustic & Environmental Consultants reserve the right without liability to cancel a course at any time in which event a full refund of any fees paid will be made or alternative arrangements will be made with the delegate.
- Changes to Course Content
Moloney & Associates, Acoustic and Environmental Consultants reserve the right to change the course content/format, without prior notice.

Moloney & Associates, Acoustic and Environmental Consultants its printers and publishers reserve proprietary rights on certain course notes and study material provided to delegates and no part of these course notes or study materials may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording or otherwise without the written permission of Moloney & Associates, Acoustic and Environmental Consultants.
